Diaries
An advanced diary system is setup within Med+DBase for each doctor. The schedule sets out the location and hours worked by each doctor, allowing admin staff to easily administer and setup clinics and book patients into appointment slots accordingly.
Customised reports can also be run, cross-referencing doctors’ hours with other detailed information.
Each doctor is assigned a diary into which patients are booked according to their schedule. Appointments can be booked via the diary. The booking assigns the date and time you request from the diary to that appointment and then allows you to choose the patient from the database, or create a new patient.
From here additional services, attendees and consultation types are assigned to the appointment.
