MedDBase offers a flexible patient portal allowing you to offer appointments to your patients via an online patient portal. MedDBase gives you complete control over the type off appointments you offer your patients via the portal. Required customisation is also available allowing the portal to match your business branding.
The online booking facility is driven by the charge band section of MedDBase. This allows you to assign patients to specific charge bands which will govern the type of appointments patient will be able to book. This can also be setup against a client account, such as an employer. Rules can be created allowing you to offer specific appointment types to patients who work for a specific company.
When creating the sessions for the doctors, you are able to advertise specific sessions to the online portal, and even the option to reserve sessions for specific clients is configurable.
The MedDBase online booking software application is completely integrated into the MedDbase Billing system meaning appointment costs will be captured at the point of booking.
